Highlights

• This turbocharged 1979 Piper Arrow IV with retractable landing gear and IFR capability is for sale out of Klamath Falls, Oregon. Owned by a freshly retired CFI, it has always been hangared. With retirement, this plane will no longer be used as regularly and needs a new owner. This plane is out of annual as of June 2025. The last annual was done 6/6/24 and the plane is currently in the shop with a mechanic for an annual inspection. This plane is equipped for IFR and requires an IFR static system certification (91.411) renewal which will be done during inspection. The owner is willing to work with a buyer, willing to do training and build hours, and he is willing to do a check out in the plane. Ferry flight available. Exterior

• Paint coming off leading edges, overall paint is okay, but plane could use new paint job or just touch ups, depending on buyer preference

Interior

• Interior in decent condition, missing carpet patch between front seats, carpet has normal wear
• Pilot seat shows normal wear

Known Flaws

• Piper Electric and Manual Pitch Trim. Electric trim needs slight clutch adjustment. Manual trim works just fine
• Prop Seal has slow, tolerable leak and will be replaced at annual
